E-Blah 10.3.3 will sport a brand new feature called Administrator Control Lists (ACLs).

ACLs will allow you to assign certain Administrator Functions to regular members via Member Groups.  For example, if you want a certain set of members to configure your forum and ensure it's always running correctly, you can have a ACL with just those features.  Or, say you want a set of members to only create Member Groups and be able to validate new members.  With ACLs you can allow members to do just that.

Tomorrows nightly should contain all of these new features.
