Im getting errors whenever I click on the 'feed' icon beside a post or forum.  I also get errors when I try to go into the portal set up.  I am not sure if this is two issues or one.

The error I get when i click a feed icon is...

I checked the directory and it is CHMOD 777.  It is just really strange.  On my portals set up page, at the bottom where it lists available modules, there is no module listed.  Do I have to have something listed there? or alternatively, Is there a way to turn off the use of portals completely so they don't show up on the site?
