Hi.

I've upgraded 10.3.5 to 10.3.6 and the only issue is with new users registering. When they click Register the browser says it's waiting on my forum, then depending upon the browser it either (1) times out and reports it cannot find the path http://forum.mygreatforum.com/forum/v-register/p-2/ , or (2) prompts to download and save a randomly-named .pl file.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hard to help without a site link or the full link of the error.

If a file is trying to download then this is normally a permissions problem, if the file can not be opened it will prompt for download.

After discovering that there were more problems than registration I dug a little deeper. Turns out it was a more fundamental problem with my Apache configuration. I had corrected my host name in Debian, but I accidently left out the ServerName directive in my default virtual host. The default vhost inherited the ServerName directive from Debian and therefore was overriding the actual vhost for my site.

hi, not only can i not get working the ability to 'register' as a user but as 'admin' i try to pre-register users and get this message: (10.3.6 ver)
