So what does that mean?

With all other spam protection in place such as assira, akismet and 2 other moderators apart from myself. I didn't see it to be that necessary. It avoids people the trouble of having to open hotmail, sign in, check emails and click the link. I'd rather a few dodgy characters get through the net and ban them than inconvenience every other user.. The Best Free Online Technical Support Community! It must have happened when I could not sign in. No harm done then. Dodgy geezers signing up is one of the reason why I quit phpBBx, its to well known and is often prone to spammers. E-Blah, touch wood, doesn't seem so prone. with C&W sites, "Red necks"  often like to make trouble, so I have to be careful and I want to weigh them up before hand.
