Background information: I'm running a bunch of roleplaying forums.

Purpose of the mod: To allow members to choose from a variety of alter ego character names when posting an entry. For example: User admin with screen name BattleMage has 3 characters to chose from when writing an entry: RP_Char1 the battlemage, RP_Char2 the matrix hacker and RP_Char3 the Vampire.

Sadly my perl knowledge is very limited, so I'm unable to do it on my own. I think of something like theres a combo box with where someone can chose from the charaters wich are bound to that user account. The miniprofile will show the screen name as well as which alter ego the user has chosen to write that post with. Perhaps it would also be possible to make the signature and the avatar be chosable per alter ego.
