Have a look at this thread
Upload the files from the download, into your "Mods" directory.
Make sure you upload the files in ASCII!!!
Then go into your forum Admin settings and find Modification Center.  From there you should be abke to "test install" and if all goes well, "install" then start playing with the settings.
